Cara menyiapkan Chicken katsu:

  1. Filet tipis dada ayam.
  2. Siapkan bawang putih yg sdh dihaluskan campur dg lada bubuk, kaldu ayam dan garam.
  3. Diamkan selama 15 menit filet ayam yg sdh di kasih bumbu.
  4. Tumbuk filet ayam jgn sampai hancur agar meresap dan tipis.
  5. Celupkan tepung terigu ayam.
  6. Celup dengan telur.
  7. Taburi tepung panir.
  8. Lalu goreng pada minyak yg panas.
  9. Siap dihidangkan dengan cocolan mayones dan saos.
